Tagen Pendleton

My name is Tagen Pendleton. I am the proud owner of CONEP Technology LLC. I created this company with one main need in mind, to serve and protect those in blue. Having a grandfather that was a Chief of Police and a mother that was a deputy sheriff taught me at an early age the true meaning of law and order.

Before I was able to chase this passion, I started my professional career with a bachelor’s degree in social work. I learned very quickly that resources and safety are a necessity for all. I always worked alongside local law enforcement. As I decided to pursue a Masters, I was fortunate enough to work for a family business developing, selling, managing and providing technical support for customized IP camera systems. This is where I started to find my true dream of supporting the LE community. Over the course of my 5 years working in the system integration market, I developed strong relationships with our partners, dealers, manufacturing companies and customers. As one of only two members of the company, I helped with growth and the foundation for great success.

In 2015, I joined the Canon U.S.A., Inc. NVS team as a marketing specialist. I was the main contact for all technical needs regarding Canon IP Cameras. Eventually, I joined the Government Sales Development team as the lead for the law enforcement vertical nation-wide. Throughout my experience at Canon, I also managed multi-mullion dollar accounts and key technology partners. Although I was highly successful in this role, something was still missing.

At the end of 2021, I decided it was time to take the opportunity to build a company that represents products that are easy to use, including high-quality audio and visual options, first responder medical assistance devices, drug tests, armor, software and more. I am looking forward to assisting with LE needs and teaching my customer base about valuable, cost-efficient ways to get your job done efficiently, effectively and as safely as possible.
